Incorrect profile mappings can occur when at least one other artist on a platform shares your display name.
If your release has been mapped incorrectly, please reach out to us at email@example.com with a message that includes the following:
- Subject: REMAP REQUEST FOR <platform_name>
- Artist Name
- Link to your content (e.g. URL or URI)
- Artist Profile Link to the correct profile
We will contact you to confirm that we have received your request and have forwarded it to the relevant platform(s). We will continue to communicate subsequent updates to you until the issue is resolved.
