Incorrect profile mappings can occur when at least one other artist on a platform shares your artist name.
If your release has been mapped incorrectly, please follow the instructions for an Edit Request and make sure you select the correct Artist Profile.
Feel free to also reach out to your Account Manager with a message that includes the following:
- Subject: REMAP REQUEST FOR <platform_name>
- UPC
- Artist Name
- Link to your content (e.g. URL or URI)
- Artist Profile Link to the correct profile
We will contact you to confirm that we have received your request and continue to communicate any updates to you until the issue is resolved.
